- Located in a Metro Area capable of 72-hour appraisals
Borrower Requirements
- Must be pre-approved with Cornerstone Home Lending
- Electronic Communication Consent
- Automated Asset verification authorization
- Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or non-permanent resident (certain visa categories only)
